By placing an order, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
Returns Policy
We don't accept returns or refunds due to the nature of the product. If, for the unlikely reason that there is a manufacturing error, we will replace the item.
Privacy The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
Delivery Details We post using Fastway Couriers or NZ Post. $1.00 - Standard Delivery - NZ Post Standard Post $3.50 - Standard Courier Delivery - Fastway Couriers $5.00 - Rural/PO Box Courier Delivery - NZ Post ParcelPost Tracked
For Courier Deliveries we can provide a Tracking Number upon Request. Items Sent via Standard Post are sent at "Buyers Risk". There is no Tracking Number or insurance.
If paying by CreditCard, your payment is received straight away and we can post with the next orders. If paying by Internet Banking, we post the day payment clears.
We post orders Monday - Friday.
Once posted it can take 1-3(5 for Rural) business days for your order to arrive.
If your order has not arrived 5 business days after we confirmed posting, please email us to let us know.
Payment Details We have two options that you may pay by.
CreditCard - If you wish to pay by creditcard, you will be directed to a secure PayPal site.
Internet Banking - If you wish to pay by Internet Banking, you will receive our account details after your order has been placed. We give you 5 business days to pay, if you do not pay in that time we will cancel your order. If payment is received after those 5 days and the order has been cancelled, no refund will be given. Do not place an order if you do not intend to pay straight away.
Hygiene and Safety Every piercing is brand new and unused. But we cannot guarantee that they are 100% sterile. We haven't had any issues/problem regarding unsterile piercings, but we do recommend sterilising before use.
